Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate with sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will contact you where to send your item if you are eligible for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please note that delivery times are only an estimate. Therefore, unless delivery takes more than 6 weeks, then you are not entitled to a refund.

 

SECTION 2 - DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Unfortunately, if you apply a discount code to an order, you are not eligible to receive a refund.

Only in exceptional circumstances will a refund be considered, however, this is solely up to WatchMoodl's discretion. 

 

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your item or simply change your mind, then please return your item to us within 21 days of your purchase and we will refund you the full amount. If your item is not returned within 21 days, then unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

SECTION 4 - LATER OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@watchmoodl.com

 

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING

To return your product, you should email support@watchmoodl.com and we will send you specific instructions as to where to send your product.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should perhaps consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By completing the checkout process, you automatically agree to this privacy policy.
